- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been going to therapy for about 8 weeks now. I have anxiety issues and the ladies at Benchmark have made me feel completely comfortable since day one. They always greet you with a smile,and ask how you're doing. They go above and beyond to explain every exercise and why its necessary.
